Mr Keith Fryer

Having worked within large public limited companies at a senior level, I joined a Management by Objectives (MBO) of a London based timber trading company in 1994, selling to Grafton Group PLC in January 2016. I continued to work within that group until September 2018 before helping to create Fort Merchanting, based in West Berkshire. Fort has grown rapidly and profitably even despite the impact of Covid 19 restrictions.

My main duties have always been to set up, build and develop businesses and I now have various Board roles within a range of companies and trade associations across Europe. This has built a depth of experience that enables me to help new companies, like Echo Quality Solutions, to commence trading with well organised structures and clear developmental plans; all based on 40 years of knowledge and a proven track record.
